位置测试

学业准备是任何大学项目成功的关键.  NMCC使用多种方法通过评估成绩单来评估大学准备情况, 大学水平的经验和可用的考试成绩，以作出安排的决定.   该评估是申请过程的一部分，必须完成才能获得录取通知.  额外的分班评估(Accuplacer)将由学院管理 如果有必要的话.

请注意: 个人学术研究项目, 比如护理, may have specific entrance requirements; contact the college admissions office and/or website for specific program entrance requirements.

对于那些已经服用ACCUPLACER但未达到基准的人，可能需要补习课程. 点击这里查看缅因州社区学院系统推荐的ACCUPLACER分数. 

如果分班测试是必要的, 申请人将获通知其成绩的进展情况如下:

1. 1. The applicant will begin their program of choice with no restrictions; OR
   2. The applicant will be offered conditional admissions into their program of choice with the stipulation of completing preparatory work in their first enrolled semester; OR
   3. An application may be placed on HOLD and a date for future re-test scheduled; OR
   4. 通过推荐参加当地成人教育中心的大学预备课程而推迟录取. 完成此预备课程后，将重新进行ACCUPLACER测试并进行评估.
